Error codes of PFAFF Passport 2.0 sewing machine
Here are two common error messages of PFAFF Passport 2.0 sewing machine:
PFAFF sewing machine error code EL
Cause of error:
The error code EL appears when the main motor of your sewing machine is overloaded.
It happens when there are threads or pieces of fabric stuck inside the parts of the sewing machine OR when the axle of the handwheel is jammed.
Solution:
Check if there are any threads jammed or twisted in the feed dogs or bobbin case area.
You need to remove the stitch plate and then thoroughly clean the feed dogs and bobbin case area. Remove any tangled threads or pieces of fabric.
Rethread your sewing machine again including the top and bobbin threads. Now run the sewing machine.
PFAFF sewing machine error code SP
Cause of error:
When the bobbin lever of your sewing machine is moved towards the right, it leads to error code SP.
The reason is that you cannot sew in the bobbin winding position. That is why the sewing machine tells you to move it towards the left.
Solution:
Move the bobbin winder spindle to the left side, which is the sewing position. Now, you will be able to sew.
Error codes of PFAFF 3371-10 sewing machine

Error code 1
Description:
Error code 1 means processor error due to STACK_OVERFLOW.
Error code 2
Description:
Error code 2 means processor error due to STACK_UNDERFLOW.
Error code 3
Description:
Error code 3 means processor error due to undefined op-code, UNDEF_OPCODE.
Error code 4
Description:
Error code 4 means processor error due to protection fault, PROTECTION_FAULT.
Error code 5
Description:
Error code 5 means processor error due to illegal operand. ILLEGAL_WORD_OPERAND
Error code 6
Description:
Error code 6 means processor error, ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTIONS.

If the OTE header is invalid, it leads to error code 13.

Description:

Description:

Description:

Description:

Error code 416
Description:
The error code 416 is displayed due to a problem in the SD-memory card reader.
It might happen due to several reasons:
- If no SD card is inserted into the machine.
- If you insert the wrong SD card (that does not match your sewing machine).
- If the SD card is not inserted correctly.
- When write protection is enabled in the SD Card.
- If there is a data error on the SD-memory card.
- When the formatting fails.
- When the files of the SD memory card do not match your sewing machine.
- When the size of files in the SD card is incorrect and incompatible with your sewing machine.
- When there is a data transfer error between the SD card and your sewing machine.
- When the data in the SD card cannot be deleted.
- If the sewing head recognition unit is not connected to the sewing machine.
Error code 417
Description:
When there is no penetration point found for winding, the sewing machine displays error code 417.
Error code 418
Description:
If the first penetration point for winding is found outside the sewing area, the machine will display error code 4198.
Error code 419
Description:
When the number of sewing-on stitches is incorrect, you get error code 419.
Error code 420
Description:
The error code 420 appears due to an incorrect number of attaching stitches.

Error code E001
Description:
The error code E001 indicates a system error.
Error code E002
Description:
