Error code E1

Cause of error:

Solution:

Error code E2

Error code E7

Cause of error:

There are 4 reasons why error code E7 occurs:

  1. If the module output is abnormal.
  2. If the connection of motor connectors is in bad condition.
  3. If the fabric material you are sewing is too thick.
  4. If the sewing machine is locked or there is an object stuck in the motor pulley of your machine.

Solution:

Rotate the handwheel with your hand to see if it is jammed due to a mechanical failure.

If the handwheel rotates normally with the hand, it means there is no mechanical error. Now you need to check if the power cord connector, motor encoder connector, and motor are not too loose or damaged. Fix you if you find anything damaged or too loose.

After that, check if the supplied voltage is abnormal or if the sewing speed is too high. If yes, adjust them accordingly.

If nothing works, replace the control box and inform the manufacturer.

Error code E8

Cause of error:

The E8 error code appears when the manual back-tacking lasts for 15 seconds. The problem occurs when the reverse stitching solenoid pulls too long.

If error code E8 appears again upon restart then check if the manual back tack switch is damaged.

Error code E09 & E011

The error code E09 and E011 both indicate a positioning signal error.
