No, reflective materials don’t glow in the dark. There has been a misconception lately about reflective materials glowing in the dark, and I am here to tell you that reflexive materials are not designed to glow but reflect light in the dark when there’s light from an external source.

Glow-in-the-dark materials are usually designed with an in-built energy source that allows them to produce light on their own in the dark. Reflective materials don’t have this feature. However, it is worth to point it out that some reflective materials can also emit light in the dark. These materials are known as Glow-in-the-dark reflexive materials. 

What is the best reflective material? 

The best reflective material is Aluminium foil. This is because sauces are very easy to work with, and they are also very cheap.

You may want to be careful when using Aluminium foil though because they tend to tear easily, but when you can get them in place, they are excellent at reflecting light.

Research has it that Gold, Aluminium, and Metallic silver are the most widely used materials for reflecting light. 

What is the most reflective color in fabric? 

The most reflective color is pure white. You may want to know the reason for that. White pigment contains every single wavelength there is in the color spectrum, which means the white color can reflect all wavelengths without absorbing any of them.
